As demand for his properties grew, Paul conducted research to find a rental manager to assist with bookings. Unfortunately, he couldn’t find anyone who could match the quality of service he provided. He questioned the idea of paying 20-30% to another party for a lesser job and chose to continue managing the rentals himself. Paul, also a professional real estate photographer, leveraged his skills to capture stunning property photographs. He further delved into research to discover the most efficient ways to self-manage his expanding portfolio.

Today, Paul relies on OwnerRez software, a valuable platform that assists in managing rental calendars, rates, and guest communications. He has honed various strategies and techniques to maintain near-full occupancy year-round. As he conducted photo shoots for fellow rental property owners, Paul shared his successful methods, leading them to seek his guidance in maximizing their rental income. After a series of prosperous collaborations, he decided to offer his expertise to others, thus giving birth to his rental property management integration business.
